Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Architecture Senior Manager based in Ireland to lead a high-performing regional team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will influence how technical teams support customers and drive cloud, AI, and infrastructure initiatives.

You will engage with C-level technology leaders, shape operating models, and build talent across multiple markets in a fast-moving, international environment focused on AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven people-management experience leading senior technical professionals and leaders.
• Strong track record leading customer-facing technical teams across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Experience building, scaling, and operating Solutions Architecture or similar organizations.
• Ability to balance executive leadership with hands-on customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a regional Solutions Architecture organization across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• Define the regional engagement model in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Establish operating processes, performance standards, and strategic priorities for value delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior technical professionals and future leaders.
• Maintain a player-coach approach balancing strategy with direct customer engagements.
