Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced technical leader to coach, grow, and partner with customer-facing Solutions Architects across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Qualifications

Experience leading and growing customer-facing technical teams.
Proven ability to engage CXO level stakeholders on cloud strategy.
Breadth in modern cloud architectures, data platforms, and AI.
Experience working with cross-industry and public sector customers.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and grow a team of Solutions Architects serving senior stakeholders.
Develop a customer-focused strategy to drive cloud adoption across target sectors.
Guide architectural design of scalable, secure cloud solutions for complex challenges.
Represent AWS in executive discussions, and craft technical content for leadership audiences.
Champion adoption of AI and analytics patterns across customer accounts.
