Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Dublin seeks a Cost Manager EMEA to provide commercial oversight on large projects across EMEA. You will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, coordinate with procurement, and act as the primary client contact for commercial matters.

The role covers pre- and post-contract duties, cost planning, value management, and monthly/bi-weekly reviews to protect margin and ensure delivery of projects across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expert organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial oversight on large projects across EMEA.
• Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Collaborate with Procurement to establish quality, reliable supply chains.
• Maintain relationships with clients as the first point of contact for commercial matters.
• Manage all pre-contract and post-contract commercial duties.
• Oversee cost planning, value management, and tender analysis.
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Compile bi-monthly commercial reports for senior management.
