Qualifications

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS/MSCSI) qualification required.
• Around 5+ years' consultancy (PQS) experience.
• Proven delivery in data centres or pharma sectors.
• Confident, client-facing communication and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle cost management across significant projects.
• Own client relationships and act as a trusted commercial adviser.
• Provide robust cost planning, forecasting, reporting and risk management.
• Mentor and support the development of assistant and mid-level colleagues.
