Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Cost Manager EMEA to provide commercial oversight on large projects across all business units in the EMEA region. You will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, collaborate with procurement, and ensure competitive, quality supply chains for multiple nations.

The role involves managing pre- and post-contract activities, tender submissions, cost planning, risk registers, and interim valuations, with bi-monthly senior management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial on large projects across all BUs in EMEA > €500k.
• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors to support EMEA projects.
• Collaborate with Procurement to build reliable supply chains across countries.
• Manage and deliver all commercial aspects of large tender opportunities across EMEA.
