Job summary

CBRE in Dublin is seeking an EMEA Project Manager to lead project delivery across multiple markets including Dublin, Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon. You will manage all phases from initiation to close, coordinate with clients, define scope, budget, milestones, and ensure governance and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of project management experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments, with exposure to datacentre markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven project management experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Experience in datacentre markets for M&E, Fabric or Whitespace is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to prepare scope, budgets, milestones, and schedules.
• Define project resources and conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Ensure governance, data integrity, and timely documentation across projects.
• Lead project delivery teams and create action plans to meet objectives and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project success.
