MarketStar is seeking a hands‑on Sales Team Leader to launch and scale a new EMEA sales team in partnership with Mailchimp. You will lead, coach, and grow a talented group responsible for inbound and outbound opportunities, aligning strategies with client expectations in a fast‑paced tech environment.

The role is hybrid in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, with in‑office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fluency in English and a track record of managing tech sales are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in managing or coaching sales reps in tech.
• Experience with inbound/outbound marketing and sales strategies.
• Ability to lead a high‑energy, fast‑paced team and drive targets.
