Job summary

Disseqt AI, the Assurance Layer for Enterprise AI Operations, seeks a Principal Sales Engineer AI in EMEA/UK to own the pre-sales lifecycle end-to-end and translate enterprise requirements into secure technical solutions.

You will work with Account Executives, engage with GSIs, and travel to London frequently, while based in Dublin and collaborating across the Dublin and London ecosystems to win complex AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior or principal technical pre-sales role focusing on Enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, Data Infrastructure, or Fintech/Regtech.
• Deep hands-on experience with model orchestration, prompt engineering, and guardrails across multiple cloud/edge environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into secure technical solutions for CXO-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Technical Cycle: lead the end-to-end pre-sales cycle for EMEA; win technical evaluations and demonstrate Disseqt as the gold standard for agentic AI assurance.
• Architect leading-edge AI solutions across CX, Operations, and Process Automation in enterprise contexts.
• Navigate complex architectures using cloud providers and on-prem patterns; validate deployments across diverse models.
• Build credibility with GSIs and enterprise clients; guide architecture decisions and cloud/data build patterns.
• Bridge product and engineering by feeding customer requirements back into PRDs and roadmap discussions.
