Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive payroll experience with multi-country exposure in EMEA.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Celergo, ADP Vantage and ADP Streamline desired.
• Proficient with Oracle HCM payroll integrations and data validation.
• Experience using a helpdesk tool (e.g., ServiceNow) for payroll tickets and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing across multiple EMEA countries.
• Prepare, validate, and process monthly/fortnightly payrolls.
• Own gross-to-net calculations, off-cycles, retros, and reconciliations.
• Review pre- and post-payroll reports, audit files, GL postings, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate year-end activities and support employees for filing returns.
• Partner with ADP Celergo/ICPs for country-specific processing and SLAs.
• Validate and reconcile Oracle HCM interfaces (new hires, terms, transfers).
• Manage payroll queries via helpdesk and case management tools.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end close.
