Job summary

Adecco Ireland is seeking a Payroll Analyst on a temporary contract to join a busy payroll team in Dublin. You will support accurate payroll processing across EMEA, managing deadlines and delivering customer-focused service in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has prior EMEA payroll experience, knowledge of RSU processing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues independently while collaborating with HR, Finance and external providers.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Payroll Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience processing payroll across one or more EMEA countries.
  • Knowledge of RSU processing.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or matrixed organisations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication.
  • Ability to resolve issues independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll across EMEA regions.
  • Handle RSUs and other compensation items.
  • Review data for discrepancies and fix before deadlines.
  • Manage multiple payroll deadlines.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries professionally.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers.
  • Identify recurring errors and recommend improvements.
  • Escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Maintain payroll records and assist audits.
  • Contribute to ongoing payroll process improvements.
