Job summary

Corporation Service Company is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a 1-year contract in Ireland/UK. You will manage end-to-end payroll across multiple EMEA countries, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver accurate, timely payrolls in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role partners with ICPs and vendors, with ADP Celergo experience preferred, and requires Oracle HCM integrations validation, strong controls, and standout stakeholder management across time zones.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive payroll experience with multi-country exposure in EMEA.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Celergo, ADP Vantage and ADP Streamline is advantageous.
• Proficient with Oracle HCM payroll integrations and data validation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing across multiple EMEA countries.
• Own gross-to-net calculations, off-cycles, retros, and reconciliations.
• Review payroll reports, audit files, GL postings, and variances.
