Multiplier is seeking a Payroll Specialist (EMEA) to oversee payroll operations across Europe. You will balance regulatory requirements, ensure accurate processing, and collaborate with auditors and partners to drive continuous improvements.

The Payroll Specialist (EMEA) will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payroll operations across the Europe region. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Key to success in this role will be the ability to balance competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and adapt to changing regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to articulate complex payroll concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
