Job summary

Gong is seeking a Partner Operations professional to support the onboarding and enablement of EMEA implementation partners. You will coordinate with product, support, and operations to ensure smooth projects, build scalable enablement content, and maintain strong partner relationships.

You will act as the day-to-day liaison for partner inquiries, track onboarding KPIs, and help surface insights to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in partner management, implementation support, product ops, or a similar cross-functional SaaS role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building across cultures and time zones.
Experience with product feedback workflows, enablement content development, or channel programs.
Comfort working in fast-moving environments with cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding of our EMEA implementation partners to ensure a seamless setup.
Be the primary day-to-day liaison for partner questions, blockers, and requests during Gong implementations.
Coordinate internal teams to plan for upcoming partner demand and ramp-ups.
Lead or participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic partners to review performance and plan ahead.
