Job summary

Gong in Ireland is seeking a dynamic Partner Manager to support our EMEA implementation partner ecosystem. You will enable onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful partner deployments across regions.

You will design training, capture feedback for product improvements, plan capacity, and track KPIs with stakeholders across product, support, and operations. This is a fast-moving, cross-cultural role that shapes how partners scale with Gong.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in partner management, implementation support, or similar SaaS roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
• Experience supporting partners or customers in the EMEA region.
• Proficiency with project coordination tools and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and set up new EMEA implementation partners for Gong.
• Be a day-to-day liaison for partner questions and project blockers.
• Design and deliver enablement training and onboarding materials.
• Liaise with product teams to relay updates and collect partner feedback.
• Monitor pipeline, capacity, and KPIs; support quarterly reviews.
• Lead or participate in initiatives to improve partner experience and scalability.
