Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Ireland seeks a senior Program Manager to lead EMEA’s integrated demand generation and marketing process excellence.

You will turn installed-base intelligence and market signals into a qualified pipeline while establishing scalable campaigns, events, and marketing execution across the region. You will partner with campaign leaders, ensure data quality, and drive governance of lead forecasts, conversions, cycle times and revenue contributions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing programs/projects; can include work on a program team as a functional lead.
• Experience in a Region or Global Marketing organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment with C-level and VP stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills: project planning, PM, and team building.
• Experience with structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools, including PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of financial concepts.
• Experience in a global team environment.
• Experience in marketing tools suite including marketing automation and intent/insights tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA’s integrated agenda for new-customer demand generation and marketing process excellence.
• Turn installed-base intelligence and market signals into qualified pipeline and scalable campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns, events and digital marketing execution.
• Establish governance for lead forecast, quality, conversion, and revenue contribution; report insights to senior leadership.
• Run pilots, capture feedback, and scale successful lead sources and campaign models.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, templates and RACI models to clarify roles and SLAs.
• Lead change management and capability building across regional teams.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to increase productivity and impact.
