Job summary

Johnson Controls Systems & Service Ltd - HVAC Ireland is seeking a seasoned Marketing Programs lead to drive the EMEA demand-gen agenda and optimize campaign execution across regions. You will translate market signals into scalable processes, partner with cross-functional leaders and deliver measurable pipeline impact.

You will design playbooks, governance, and performance dashboards, work with global teams on priorities, and champion process improvements to boost efficiency and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing programs/projects.
• Experience in Region or Global Marketing organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executive levels.
• Experience with structured problem-solving and reporting tools, including PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of financial concepts.
• Experience in marketing tools suite including marketing automation and intent/insights tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead integrated demand generation and marketing process initiatives across EMEA.
• Collaborate with campaign leaders to plan lead-generation initiatives and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Service, Data & Analytics to align opportunities.
• Establish governance for lead metrics and pipeline impact.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, templates, and stage-gate controls.
