• Oversee delivery and optimization of commercial platforms (CRM, analytics, pricing, trade, and engagement).
• Manage a portfolio of IT projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable value.
• Lead and develop internal teams and external partners with an inclusive culture.
• Ensure cyber security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across IT solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of commercial processes through tech.
• Act as regional stakeholder in global IT governance, roadmap planning, and vendor management.
