Job summary

Johnson Controls in Ireland seeks a senior marketing leader to own the EMEA integrated demand-generation agenda. You will turn installed-base intelligence and external signals into qualified pipeline, aligning campaigns, events, and marketing execution across regions.

You will partner with campaign leaders, define forecasts and plan lead-generation initiatives, manage data quality, lead routing, and governance, and drive scalable playbooks, SOPs, and stage-gate controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing programs/projects or leading a program team.
• Experience in a Region or Global Marketing organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level and VP stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning and team-building skills.
• Experience with structured problem-solving and reporting tools, including PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts.
• Experience working in a global team.
• Experience with marketing tools suite including automation and insights tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA integrated demand-generation agenda and marketing process excellence.
• Turn installed-base intelligence and external signals into qualified pipeline.
• Establish scalable standard work for campaigns, events and marketing execution.
• Partner with campaign leaders and translate growth priorities into lead-generation plans.
• Oversee data quality, segmentation, lead-routing, and compliant CRM processes.
• Establish governance across lead forecasts, quality, and pipeline contribution.
• Design playbooks, SOPs, templates, and RACI models for EMEA activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional process design and continuous improvement workshops.
