Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an ITAD Account Manager to drive growth and manage customer relationships across EMEA, supporting HPE Financial Services, partners and direct customers.

You will develop trusted relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver secure, compliant IT asset disposition solutions while collaborating with internal teams and customers to maximise value recovery and sustainability outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, IT services, or ITAD.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of ITAD customers and revenue.
• Develop proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance, contract terms and CRM data accuracy.
• Prepare reports on account performance and profitability.
