This onsite role requires building trusted partnerships with customers and partners, delivering value, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring service levels while maximizing value recovery and sustainability outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, IT services, or ITAD.
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle management.
• Experience managing customer relationships and commercial contracts.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of ITAD customers.
• Identify and pursue new qualified ITAD business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ITAD industry standards and data security requirements.
• Prepare reports and track account performance.
