Job summary

Circit is expanding its Implementation function within the COO organisation to get customers live and confident quickly. As the Implementation Manager for Europe, you own the end-to-end journey from kick-off to handover, balancing direct rollouts and pilot programmes with a customer-first approach.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate internal resources, and ensure rigorous handover to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing enterprise pilots or proof-of-concept engagements is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage complex onboarding or implementation projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from kick-off through handover to Customer Success across rollouts and pilots.
• Lead kickoff sessions, plan projects, and align stakeholders from Day 1.
• Coordinate timelines, resources and product configuration to tailor Circit for each client.
• Deliver product training sessions remote and on-site and maintain handover documentation.
• Collaborate with product, sales, support and CS to ensure smooth transitions and value delivery.
