Job summary

Rippling is hiring an Implementation Specialist, Benefits in EMEA to be a foundational member of the Benefits Implementation team. You will work with brokers and clients to understand requirements, build custom insurance plans, and troubleshoot within the Rippling environment.

You will collaborate with Implementation, Customer Experience, Insurance Ops and Product teams to scale Rippling’s Benefits offering across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an Insurance brokerage or implementation space (Benefits)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to manage broker and client relationships with strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment with bias toward action

Responsibilities

• Become a Rippling Benefits expert and a go-to resource for brokers/clients within 60–90 days
• Understand broker/client requirements related to insurance
• Build custom plans within the Rippling environment and review enrollment data
• Work with Implementation and Customer Experience teams to ensure broker/client success
• Partner with Insurance Ops, CX and Product to evolve processes and product
• Develop and document benefits implementation processes and best practices
