Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Implementation Consultant for the EMEA region. You will lead complex software implementations, drive adoption, and deliver onboarding experiences. You will partner with customers as a trusted advisor, manage multi-phase deployments, and train client teams to ensure long-term success.

The role involves travel and collaboration across product, sales and account management teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in enterprise software deployments, strong communication

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and communicate client issues; troubleshoot and resolve problems.

• We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team in EMEA. In this customer-facing role, you’ll partner with customers to lead successful implementations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey, helping customers achieve value quickly while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure long-term success
• Manage complex, multi-phase software implementations, balancing cross-functional stakeholders and change management to deliver successful deployments over extended project timelines
• Lead customer interactions and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, identifying opportunities to maximize product value, drive adoption, and ensure long-term customer success
• Serve as the client manager during implementation to understand their business operations, manage client expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction
• Deliver formal training to client project team members and/or end-users
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process
• Provide support by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices
• Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise through workflow recommendations and ability to communicate about client’s maintenance, operations, and management needs
• Collaborate with internal colleagues on product, sales, account management, and other initiatives - past experience in one or more of these areas is a plus

Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skillsDegree in engineering or a related fieldRelevant experience supporting enterprise customers in one or more of the following: software implementation, customer onboarding, application engineering, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and/or constructionAbility to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customersSavvy with technology and capacity to become an expert in our software in a short period of timeExcellent client relationship skills and ability to manage client expectationsExperience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groupsSelf-starter comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlinesUnderstanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, user training, and deploymentExperience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or similar space is a benefitAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfactionFluent in EnglishAbility to travel up to 20%Membership in one or more professional organizations and/or professional certifications related to this role is a plusFluent in French and/or Spanish
