Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, seeks a Customer Success Manager to establish their first CSM presence in EMEA. You will own accounts, drive adoption, and partner with Sales and Support to identify upsell opportunities while building scalable 1:many strategies.

This ground-floor role offers autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape how we serve manufacturing and asset-intensive customers in Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS or software company, delivering customer value.
• Proven ability to drive retention and growth metrics.
• First CSM in the region, able to operate with autonomy and initiative.
• Strong communication skills across Zoom, email, and in-person interactions.
• Experience leading live product demos and training sessions.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account ownership with segmentation and strategic prioritization.
• Create and execute success plans aligned with business objectives and ROI metrics.
• Monitor account health using data and behavioral indicators to adjust engagement.
• Establish and grow our CSM presence in EMEA, building regional best practices.
