Job summary

KKR is seeking an experienced HC Operations Specialist for an 18-month contract based in Dublin. You will manage day-to-day HC transactions across the employee lifecycle using Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, coordinating with HC and partner teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

The role focuses on the EMEA region while aligning with global HC transformation efforts, driving process improvements, and providing guidance to junior team members in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of HC Operations or similar experience in a financial or professional services firm.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and data in Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience supporting EMEA HR processes, employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, transfers and data changes.
• Experience guiding junior team members and coordinating work across a team.
• Strong MS Excel skills and broad MS Office proficiency.
• Understanding of HR processes and compliance considerations in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Process hires, exits, transfers, and employee data changes in Workday and related systems.
• Guide new joiners through pre-hire and onboarding processes and assist leavers exiting the firm.
• Conduct background checks and follow up on compliance-related requirements.
• Coordinate across HC, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal and other teams to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
• Collect and verify employment documentation and support employees with data updates.
• Apply EMEA HR policies and drive process improvements under HC Operations guidance.
• Participate in system testing and validation of enhancements for EMEA-specific processes.
• Provide guidance to junior teammates and promote consistent execution across the HC Operations team.
