Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Dutch; 2+ years in fast-paced customer service or HR support.

• Experience with HR systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Take, log, and resolve first line HR inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Process HR transactions and maintain accurate data records.
• Explain and apply HR policies to advise managers and staff.
