Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking an Employee Success Specialist with 3-4 years HR operations or shared services experience to support data queue management, Leave of Absence, benefits, and Workday transactions.

As a key member of the Global ES Operations team, you will partner with Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal to deliver scalable, employee-centric processes and AI-enabled self-service across multiple EMEA markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-4 years HR operations or shared services experience
• Strong analytical skills with data queue management experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud or Workday HCM
• Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to process delivery
• Strong communication skills with customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Data queue management to ensure timely processing and accuracy
• Execute complex Workday transactions for employee data updates
• Monitor queue performance metrics and identify bottlenecks or improvement opportunities
• Support data integrity initiatives and maintain high standards for employee information processing
• Collaborate with ES Operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline end-to-end employee experiences
