Job summary

Logitech is seeking a People Services Generalist to support employee lifecycle services across all EMEA countries. Based on site in Cork, the role is 3 days a week, with a hybrid model enabling some remote work.

You will deliver onboarding, benefits administration and immigration support, partner with Payroll and HRBPs, and maintain data in Workday. A multinational, customer-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations or shared services in a multinational.
• Knowledge of HR processes and EMEA employment law.
• Experience with HRIS tools, especially Workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborates with HRBP, Payroll and TA teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Handles confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; extra languages are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Service delivery for end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HRBPs.
• Support payroll inputs and audit readiness with Payroll.
• Maintain employee data in Workday.
• Stay compliant with local labor regulations.
• Update procedures and documentation; drive process improvements.
• Support ad hoc HR projects and data validation.
