Job summary

Montresor Legal is seeking a Funds Services EMEA Counsel on a 12 month contract to support its Depositary Services and Fund Administration/Accounting businesses. The role targets a lawyer with 4+ years' PQE and strong Funds Services experience.

The successful candidate will advise on Depositary Services, fund administration, and fund accounting services, review and negotiate relevant commercial agreements, and navigate the regulatory landscape affecting funds and service providers across the

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in financial services law.
• Experience within Funds Services preferred.
• Advising on Depositary Services experience.
• Knowledge of Fund Administration/Accounting services.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating service agreements.
• Strong understanding of funds regulatory environment.
• Ability to collaborate with business, product, compliance across EMEA.

Responsibilities
