Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Head of Fraud to lead the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of the enterprise Fraud Risk Management Framework across all business lines and jurisdictions.

The role will set fraud strategy, strengthen prevention and detection capabilities, enhance control effectiveness, and provide senior-level insight on fraud risk, intelligence, analytics, governance and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience leading fraud risk management, fraud prevention and fraud control programmes within financial services.
• Deep expertise in fraud risk frameworks, typologies, controls, governance and regulatory expectations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide fraud strategies, operating models and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the enterprise Fraud Risk Management Framework, including taxonomy, typologies, risk definitions and assessment methodology.
• Set fraud risk appetite, tolerance statements, escalation thresholds, KRIs, KCIs and senior reporting requirements.
• Ensure fraud methodologies remain aligned to regulatory expectations, industry good practice and the organisation’s risk appetite.
