Job summary

Datadog is hiring a Manager, Field Enablement to lead a team of Field Enablement Managers across EMEA. You will shape enablement strategy, coach leaders, and partner with Sales, SDR, CS, Curriculum, and Operations to drive performance.

You'll translate regional priorities into a coordinated enablement plan, ensure program quality, and work with global standards to scale Datadog's GTM capabilities. This is a frontline leadership role in a fast-growing region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement or field enablement, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing a team of enablement professionals and driving organizational impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple regions and functions.
• Data-driven approach to enablement, with ability to translate data into actions.
• Willingness to travel ~30% across EMEA; fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into a coordinated enablement plan for EMEA across Sales, SDR, and CS.
• Lead and coach Field Enablement Managers to drive measurable behavior change and program effectiveness.
• Own workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and career development for the EMEA enablement team.
• Set enablement strategy and priorities in partnership with regional leadership.
• Maintain quality delivery standards and calibration across the team; drive enablement maturity and AI fluency.
