Repligen Corporation seeks a Director, Integrated Solutions Commercial Business Development to drive enterprise-level solution sales across EMEA. You will craft regional strategies, build senior customer relationships, and expand adoption of bioprocessing workflow solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible commercial or business development experience in biopharmaceutical/life sciences.
• Deep understanding of bioprocessing operations including fermentation, manufacturing, scale-up, automation, qualification, validation, and GMP.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for Integrated Solutions in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Create and advance regional partnership strategies with customers, engineering firms, system integrators, and strategic collaborators.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, and close complex solution-based opportunities to expand deal scope and recurring revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, technical leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Position integrated bioprocessing solutions addressing workflow, productivity, quality, and lifecycle needs.
• Lead regional customer engagement and coordinate proposals to develop compelling technical and commercial submissions.
• Partner with Project Management, Service, and Field Applications teams to ensure successful handoff and adoption after deal closure.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into actionable solution requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Consult with customers using deep bioprocessing expertise to design end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, funnel, forecast, and activity information in SFDC; communicate status to leadership.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate resolution of customer issues to protect satisfaction and long-term value.
• Leverage senior industry network to identify opportunities and develop partnerships.
