Job summary

Repligen Corporation in Waterford, Ireland seeks an experienced R&D Project Manager II to lead multiple new product and customized product development initiatives from concept to commercialization, focusing on single-use bioprocessing equipment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial, develop plans, manage risks, and drive project status updates to ensure timely transfers to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in product development within industrial equipment, biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including traditional and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new product and customized product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, prototype builds, testing activities, and documentation development.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
• Support product transfer into manufacturing and commercialization activities.
