PROCORE TECHNOLOGIES CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE LIMITED in Dublin seeks a Director, Sales Development to lead the design and execution of our inbound and outbound prospecting strategy across EMEA, partnering with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Enablement and Customer Experience.

You will mentor Senior Managers, build a world-class sales academy, own pan-EMEA GTM, forecast with leadership, and drive high-performance, inclusive teams, with base pay and equity options.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing structured SDR training programs and career progression frameworks.
• 10+ years of progressive sales development leadership in high-growth SaaS environments, including 5+ years of second-line management.
• Experience partnering with General Managers and Global Sales VPs to design multi-year pan-EMEA GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build a Premier Sales Academy: design and scale structured training, onboarding, and ongoing learning programs for SDRs across EMEA.
• Define Clear Career Pathways: establish promotions, mobility, and retention for reps and managers.
• Lead Second-Line Strategy: coach and empower SDR Leaders to scale multi-tiered SDR teams across EMEA.
• Define Pan-EMEA Prospecting: own inbound/outbound pipeline strategy across all EMEA territories.
• Executive Forecasting & Alignment: lead weekly pipeline forecasting and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Enablement, and RevOps on campaigns and lead flow.
• Cultivate Talent & Leadership Bench: develop coaching frameworks to build leadership pipelines.
• Participate in Business Reviews: contribute SDR outputs to regional QBRs/MBRs and align objectives with revenue goals.
