Job summary

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging AI, marketing tech, and localization to ensure programs scale while remaining relevant to local markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital media, digital acquisition or demand generation in a high-growth B2B tech or enterprise SaaS environment.
• Proven success across multiple European markets with localization and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to set strategy, analyze performance, and execute in platforms when needed.
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying cycles and paid media contribution.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA Digital Media Strategy and market-specific investment plans.
• Manage regional budgets and optimize across geographies, channels, and campaigns.
• Lead full-funnel digital acquisition across paid search, social, programmatic, and ABM motions.
• Assess performance signals, demand quality, pipeline impact, and revenue progression.
• Develop regional point of view and advise on targeting, media mix, and investment shifts.
• Lead AI and workflow innovation for localization, creative testing, and operations.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and align with global and regional teams.
