As a strategic advisor, you will balance global mandates with regional needs, orchestrate cross-functional programs, and champion data-driven enablement initiatives to accelerate growth in the EMEA market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue enablement in tech/SaaS.
• Proven leadership of enablement teams and projects.
• Ability to align global CRO priorities with regional SVP strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Enablement Pod and mentor team of enablement professionals.
• Align global enablement strategy with regional needs and drive execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Presales, Partners, Marketing.
• Measure program impact and ROI using analytics.
