Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the EMEA digital marketing strategy to increase awareness, engagement and pipeline across new business and install base audiences.
• Own and optimise multi-channel programmes including paid social, programmatic, LinkedIn, display, content syndication and email.
• Manage digital budget allocation across channels and markets; reallocate based on performance.
• Identify, evaluate and scale emerging digital channels and acquisition opportunities beyond traditional paid search and social.
• Continuously test platforms, tactics and technologies using a structured experimentation framework.
• Design and optimise digital programmes to acquire net-new customers and expand Omnissa’s addressable market.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, BDR, sales and campaign teams for integrated programmes.
• Optimise the conversion across the full digital customer journey from anonymous visitor to marketing qualified lead.
• Leverage first-party intent, behavioural data and audience insights to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
