Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Regional Director of Construction for Data Centres to lead strategic delivery of high‑impact projects across the EMEA region. You will shape business-aligned construction plans, manage a portfolio of critical facilities, and drive excellence through formal PM practices and strong vendor collaboration.

You will oversee budgets, resources, and schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with global standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and direction to teams, driving operational excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of data centre facilities, infrastructure, best practices, and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, cooling, networking, and security in data centres.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for data centre construction across the EMEA region.
• Oversee a portfolio of data centre construction projects in the EMEA region.
• Lead and develop a team of project delivery professionals across the region.
• Ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Implement PM best practices and methodologies.
• Allocate and manage budgets, personnel, contractors, and equipment.
