Job summary

JMG Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to support its expanding portfolio of data centre projects across Europe. You will lead environmental, health and safety excellence on multiple live sites and drive a strong safety culture.

Applicants should hold NEBOSH or equivalent, have at least 7 years of EHS management experience on large-scale construction, and be able to travel regularly across Europe to support project teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

NEBOSH or a relevant third-level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.
Minimum of 7 years' EHS management experience within large-scale construction.
Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and industry best practice.

Responsibilities

Lead and promote a strong safety culture across multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with EHS legislation, company policies and project requirements.
Conduct site audits, inspections and incident investigations.
Review and coordinate risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems.
Support project teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and efficiently.
Monitor environmental compliance, statutory records and safety documentation.
