Job summary

Amazon is seeking an EMEA Scheduling Manager to lead regional scheduling strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across a growing portfolio of data center projects. You will drive standardized practices, reporting, and executive visibility while coordinating with Construction Managers, General Contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data center delivery, design, commissioning or equivalent facilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop scheduling standards, governance frameworks and project controls processes.
  • Strong knowledge of CPM, schedule risk analysis, delay analysis and recovery planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the EMEA scheduling strategy for the regional data center portfolio.
  • Establish scheduling standards, governance and best practices across EMEA.
  • Drive schedule predictability, reporting consistency and project delivery performance.
  • Partner with Global scheduling teams to align regional standards with global best practices.
  • Own and improve the EMEA Schedule Specification and governance mechanisms.
  • Lead contractor performance reviews, schedule audits and maturity assessments.
  • Integrate schedule with cost controls, commissioning and BI teams for portfolio reporting.
