Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with our growing enterprise book of 40-50 clients across EMEA. You will help develop a scalable CS playbook, onboard new customers, and drive adoption of our conversational AI and analytics products.

In this commercial role, you’ll own renewals and expansions, monitor product usage, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer outcomes. This position is remote (EMEA) with possible office options in Dublin, London or Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Customer Success experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven ability to manage long-term customer relationships.
• Experience driving renewals and expansions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and own strong relationships with a book of 40-50 enterprise clients.
• Play a key role in onboarding new clients and driving long term adoption of multiple products.
• Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion.
• Own expansion and renewal of accounts within your book of business - this is a commercial role.
• Own your customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contribute to CS OKR goals.
