Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a Manager to lead and grow the Customer Solutions Architect function within Field Engineering in EMEA. The role focuses on post-onboarding ownership, expansion, and revenue growth for strategic customers across regions, balancing technical depth with commercial impact.

You will drive proactive engagement, mentor senior CSAs, and collaborate with Sales, SEs, and partners to mature the CSA discipline globally from Ireland.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in post-sales technical roles (CSA, TAM, Delivery Solutions) in SaaS/cloud/data integration.
• Strong commercial awareness tying technical engagement to business outcomes (iARR, NRR, GRR).
• Technical familiarity with modern data stack tooling and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior and Lead CSAs across NEMEA, DACH, and France/Benelux, ensuring high-quality post-sales technical ownership across Enterprise portfolio.
• Own accountability for expansion and retention outcomes across the assigned book, measured on iARR, NRR and GRR.
• Develop and mature the CSA function, formalising methodology and scaling operations for the Enterprise segment.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to align CSA motion with regional GTM priorities.
• Oversee portfolio planning, including CSA to AE pairings and regional coverage.
• Enable team development with 1x1 coaching and career development plans.
• Cultivate an AI-driven stack to give proactive, data-first views of the book.
• Collaborate with partners to unlock cross-portfolio expansion.
