Cognex Corporation in Ireland is seeking a seasoned Credit and Collections Manager, EMEA, to lead Credit, Collections and Cash Application across the region. You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive DSO reduction and ensure accurate cash allocation within global OTC processes.

You will partner with Sales, Order Management and Finance, oversee month-end closes, support SOX controls and drive continuous improvement through automation and system enhancements, including SAP/BlackLine

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
• 7+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections or Finance.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• English proficiency; German language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Credit, Collections and Cash Application teams for the EMEA region.
• Drive cash collection and reduce DSO across the portfolio.
• Oversee cash application accuracy and unapplied cash resolution.
• Manage month-end closing activities and SOX–compliant controls.
• Collaborate with Sales and Order Management to resolve credit holds and order releases.
• Identify process improvements and support system implementations and automation.
