Job summary

Cognex Corporation is seeking a Credit and Collections Manager, EMEA based in Ireland to lead Credit, Collections and Cash Application across the EMEA portfolio. You will drive cash collection performance, manage risk, and oversee monthly close within a multinational, business-transformation environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections or Finance.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Credit, Collections and Cash Application professionals.
Manage a customer portfolio and drive collection performance across the EMEA region.
Oversee cash application, unallocated cash and aging, and ensure SOX-compliant month-end close.
Partner with Sales and Order Management to resolve credit holds and balance commercial objectives.
Drive continuous improvement, automation and AI initiatives across OTC processes.
