Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment seeks a commercially driven aviation professional to lead operator coverage and aircraft remarketing across the EMEA region from Ireland. You will develop relationships with cargo operators and airlines, identifying fleet and capacity needs and executing lease, sale, acquisition and remarketing opportunities for freighter assets.

• Significant experience in cargo aviation, commercial aviation and aircraft leasing or asset management.
• Established network across cargo operators and airlines within EMEA.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing growth with risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial coverage of cargo operators and airlines across the EMEA region.
• Develop direct relationships to identify fleet requirements and asset placement opportunities.
• Identify and pursue lease, sale, acquisition, and remarketing opportunities for freighter assets.
• Coordinate with technical, legal, finance and executives to structure transactions.
• Prepare commercial recommendations for internal approval and execution.
