Peak Performance Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven aviation professional to lead operator coverage, customer origination and aircraft remarketing activity across the EMEA region. This role is focused on developing relationships with cargo operators and airlines, identifying fleet and capacity requirements and executing lease, sale, acquisition and remarketing opportunities for freighter and converted freighter assets.
The successful candidate will bring strong connectivity across cargo operators and airlines in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and the ability to work across commercial, technical, legal and finance functions to deliver disciplined, value-accretive transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial coverage of cargo operators and airlines across the EMEA region, with responsibility for originating opportunities and deepening strategic customer relationships.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with operators across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to identify fleet requirements, replacement needs, growth plans and aircraft placement opportunities.
- Identify and pursue lease placement, extension, transition, sale and acquisition opportunities that support fleet utilization and portfolio return objectives.
- Support the placement and remarketing of freighter and converted freighter assets with a strong focus on matching assets to operator demand across the region.
- Monitor operator strategies, network developments, cargo demand and market conditions across EMEA to inform customer targeting and regional commercial priorities.
- Partner with technical, legal, finance and executive stakeholders to structure transactions that meet operator needs while remaining aligned with underwriting discipline.
- Prepare clear commercial recommendations supported by operator intelligence, market insight and transaction rationale for internal approval and execution.
- Represent the business in customer meetings, lease discussions and industry events across the region, strengthening access to operator opportunities in EMEA.
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience in cargo aviation, commercial aviation and aircraft leasing or asset management, with strong familiarity with cargo operator and airline markets across EMEA.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, negotiate and execute lease, sale, acquisition, sale and leaseback, or remarketing transactions involving freighter and/or commercial aircraft assets.
- Established network across cargo operators and airlines within Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance growth opportunities with credit, asset, technical and execution risk considerations.
- Comfort working across cultures, jurisdictions and time zones, with excellent relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear commercial recommendations for both customers and internal decision-makers.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the EMEA region as required.

Experience and Background
- 10+ years of relevant experience in cargo aviation, aviation finance and aircraft leasing.
- Experience working directly with operators and airlines across EMEA, with strong understanding of regional customer dynamics, commercial practices and transaction complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business, finance or aviation-related qualifications are advantageous.
