Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment is assisting a leading aviation asset solutions provider in recruiting a Sales Director - EMEA based in Dublin, Ireland. You will drive commercial growth across the region, develop strategic customer relationships and lead leasing, trading and pool transactions.

Reporting to the COO, you will engage with airlines, MROs and lessors to expand the company’s presence across EMEA, negotiate agreements and guide a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Strong network across airlines, MROs, lessors and aviation stakeholders within EMEA.
• Understanding of aircraft engines, APUs.
• Proven sales experience in commercial aviation.
• Commercially driven with the ability to generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the EMEA sales and growth strategy.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the aviation market.
• Lead engine, APU, leasing, pooling and trading transactions.
• Build and manage relationships with key airline, MRO and leasing customers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and transaction terms.
• Work closely with technical, finance and legal teams to execute deals.
• Monitor market activity, fleet developments and industry trends.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
• Drive portfolio utilisation and revenue growth across the region.
