Job summary

VSE Aviation is seeking a Sr. Technical Sales Representative in Ireland to manage relationships and drive commercial activities for turbine engine MRO services.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, logistics, and supply chain to deliver responsive customer support across the EMEA region and beyond. You will develop repair solutions, manage quotations, and promote integrated aviation support capabilities while pursuing revenue growth and new business opportunities with airlines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant/technical work experience.
• Technical aerospace knowledge; ability to read prints, CMMs, service bulletins.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent time management with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries for turbine engine MRO services, AOG support, and engine hospital visits.
• Serve as primary commercial contact delivering responsiveness and customer support.
• Develop commercial relationships with airlines, leasing companies, OEMs, MRO providers and aviation operators across EMEA and beyond.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain to develop competitive repair solutions.
• Prepare, issue, negotiate and manage quotations for engine and accessory repair services.
• Coordinate commercial activities throughout repair process and provide updates on status and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand repair scope, component support, and long-term service agreements.
• Generate and pursue new business opportunities across commercial aviation and related sectors.
