Kaseya is seeking a Billing Operations Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day billing support across the EMEA region, coordinating internal and offshore teams while driving service excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will liaise between Billing, Collections, Product, IT, and Go-To-Market teams, supporting global stakeholders and resolving complex billing issues with strong focus on process improvement and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in billing/financial operations or related field.
• 1+ year in leading or managing operational teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day billing support across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate internal and offshore teams to meet SLA and quality targets.
• Own end-to-end billing case resolution in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Product, IT and Go-To-Market.
• Drive process improvements and reporting to leadership.
