Kaseya is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our high-performing team. You will manage and recover outstanding debts while collaborating with Billing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive outcomes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential to balance company goals with customer concerns. As part of the Finance ecosystem, you will maintain accurate records, build internal relationships, and ensure compliant, timely collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections execution.
• Clear experience with the fundamentals of a collection process: calls, emails, escalations, dispute management, and documentation.
• Experience using collection tools such as GetPaid or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers with outstanding balances to negotiate and collect payments.
• Communicate by phone, email, or written correspondence to discuss payment options.
• Coordinate with Billing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on account strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and outcomes.
• Negotiate payment plans while adhering to company policies and goals.
• Address customer inquiries or disputes related to billing and accounts.
• Prepare and send collection letters and statements to customers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Generate reports on outstanding debts, collections efforts, and related metrics.
• Provide professional, firm, and customer-focused service throughout the collection process.
